FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How does this work?
A: First, place your order through our online shop. After your order details have been processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order.
Under normal circumstances, we aim to deliver your order to you within 1 hour (traffic & weather permitting). Upon arrival you will receive a text and email notifying you that your driver has arrived. You will be required to meet your driver outside and you will be asked for ID to verify your order.
DISCLAIMER: Please be advised, during rush hour and other times of high volume orders, delivery times will exceed our estimated 1 hour time frame. During these periods we will aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Refer to the banner on our website for ETA estimates. You will receive a real-time ETA when your driver is on route.
Please keep in mind that we cover deliveries for the entire District of Columbia, and not just a few select zip codes.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Sunday-Thursday: 10 AM to 10 PM
Friday & Saturday: 10 AM to 12 AM
Q: What is your delivery range?
A: In general, we will deliver within the District of Columbia, with the exception of federal property, school/university property, day care centers, public swimming pools, playgrounds, video arcades, youth centers, public libraries, or in and around public housing.
We currently do not deliver to MD or VA.
Q: How will I know when my delivery has arrived?
A: You will receive a text and email notification letting you know that your delivery driver has arrived who will ask you to provide your identification.
If you are not present for delivery, our driver will wait no more than 10 minutes. If we miss you for delivery, you will receive an email inquiring whether or not you'd like to cancel or reschedule.
Q: What does ‘sold out’ mean?
A: ‘Sold out’ means we have reached our daily (or current) limit for orders and will be back ASAP.
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
